Thing is, you likely don’t have a ton of money sitting around right now! This book was extremely helpful because it is perfect for people who want to get into rental investing – yet, you don’t have tons of savings right now!
Plus, it can serve as a foundational book, providing essential information about rental investing, or it can be an asset to your book collection by giving you new insight!
2. Real Estate Investing QuickStart Guide
I had found the Real Estate Investing QuickStart Guide when on Amazon earlier this year and it is one that I really have enjoyed! If you’re brand new to real estate investing, this is a good place to start if you’re ready to dive right in!
It is simply laid out for beginners and really solidified information for me. If you are in need of general information, or need information “dumbed down”, this book may be a great option to consider.

This book is a great option to check out if you don’t have much of a background understanding of why you’re interested in real estate and if you don’t know what financial freedom is.
I particularly enjoyed this book because of its focus on early financial freedom, and it is written for people who are new to rental investing. Unlike many books out there that require you to understand complicated calculations and terminology, this book is a nice alternative for people who have no experience!

Hands down, Set for Life is the best book for building wealth and understanding how to use rental investing! It is blunt and helps you realize the importance of saving money and creating a financial runway to having a successful financial future!
